There are no refunds for CDs or DVDs but if your product is defective, you may exchange for the same title. Many errors with our products are related to your computer settings so please be sure to troubleshoot and technical difficulties and try the product on multiple computers if possible.

COURSE HOSTING AND WEBINAR INSERVICES
Is your clinic interested in hosting a seminar? Or a 1-2 hour lunch time in-service webinar? If you have a large staff, we may be able to
offer a private seminar, otherwise, we can offer free registration for
your staff in exchange for using your facility to conduct a public
seminar. Please include the following information in your request:
- Location, closest airport, and time from airport
- Size of meeting space and amount of people that can fit into room
- Availability of tables and chairs for lecture and lab
- Availability for proper AV equipment
- PLEASE
NOTE: We apologize, but it is difficult for us to conduct a seminar in
rural areas. However, we may be able to customize a live webinar
inservice for your staff. Please indicate your interest in this opportunity.
